Connection Lost — Account Issue (Needs Profile Reset)

Hello,

 

I cannot connect to online features in Need for Speed Unbound.

It always shows “CONNECTION LOST”.

 

I have already tried:

- Fresh Windows install

- New SSD

- Cleared EA + Steam cache

- Deleted local and cloud saves

- Changed IP / ISP

- VPN test

 

Another EA account works perfectly on the SAME PC and SAME network.

 

So this is clearly an account-level backend issue.

 

Please escalate this to the technical team and perform:

Online Profile Reset / Persona Reset / Trust Token Refresh

  • This issue is account-specific. Another EA account works fine on the same PC and network. Needs escalation.
