i lost my game files from NFS Unbound

Thanks for the update, to confirm you lost you save game files or do you not see the game to redownload in Steam?

For save files, the online component should be restored once you connect to MP servers. For the Story side, steam does have a cloud system. 

Have you tried to download from that?

well, last time i played NFS Unbound from 3 months and i lost Online saves with my cars, money and character, but for some reason i lost save files

well, it was backed up before i deleted NFS Unbound then re-download NFS Unbound again after that i lost my save files included Online

I wanted to play some NFS Unbound but the game restarted by itself. I did not receive any errors. It was like when I was launching the game for the first time. And I did not delete my local save files too. Is there way to recover my old save file? I've made more than 300 hours of progress in the game.. 

I have absolutely same problem!

I still can see all my achevements in EA account and my level inside the game is still as it was. But all progress is lost, all cars are blocked and so on.
Waiting for technical support to help us.
