@lIlIllllIIIIllll Which platform are you playing on? Is it for the campaign mode or online mode? That sounds more like sync issue as that content cannot be removed.
Just online mode,
I enjoyed online mode with my friend
There's no information about the collection (bear, steetart, bilboread) I've collected. All my cars have disappeared and even the characters have been reset- EA_Shepard2 years ago

@lIlIllllIIIIllll Loginto Help.ea.com and under connections check and see if your Steam account is connected.
If it is, reset the password to your EA account and then log back into EA.com so the account syncs
Clear cache for Steam - Navigate to the "Steam" menu in the top-left corner and select "Settings" (on Windows) or "Preferences" (on macOS). Then, go to the "Downloads" tab and click "Clear Cache."
Relaunch the game
Test it
If this does not work, and the accounts are connected, you could do a reinstall which would sync the game to the account normally.
Steam and EA were already linked.
I changed my EA account password, went into Steam, cleared the cache, and reinstalled, but it's still the same.
haha...I think I'm going crazy

@lIlIllllIIIIllll It wasn't to link Steam to EA it was to make sure that the Steam account you play on was linked to the right EA account. Often times it gets unlinked or is linked for so long that players don't know what EA account it is linked to which causes issues when trying to make account changes or reset the password.
When you log in, nothing has changed though? Does the online modes look like you never played at all?
it's hasn't changed at all.
my garage and character are still reset.
When I go online, leave the garage, and click on the collectibles on the map, nothing appears.

@lIlIllllIIIIllll That is unfortunate. Both online and story progress are saved locally and do not work with online cloud systems. (reinstalling the game affects this) as do any sync error messages in the game. So if either happened you may no longer have your save thus the reason why content is missing.
You can search your PC for the save files and move them over to the default location, or make a new folder that has the same name and add them into that folder, but if they are not there and your game is not recognizing it, support has no tool for local saves sadly. You would have to start over.
We had another thread on this Here that does break down a lot of info too.
Then I guess I should quit this game. I'm really angry.
Does starting anew mean starting over from the current situation?
Or is it resetting the account?
