As a test, can you try connecting your console through a mobile hotspot and then restart NHL 23 and try again?

If it works on a completely different connection, that narrows down the issue more. I've seen a similar issue in the past where this was the case. You've got a strange issue here so I'm trying everything I can think of.

Also, if you have the game installed on an external hard drive, try installing it on the internal drive instead and vice versa.

@EA_Aljo Yup typical just as I figured no help until after Christmas. Game worked fine up until yesterday and I can still log into HUT and do challenges but not HUT rush or squad battles

@EA_Aljo The game has been downloaded since September and worked this should not matter now. Your just listing problems on my end when it is yours causing this

Unfortunately, if you're not interested in trying what I'm suggesting, it seems there's nothing I can do for you. I'll keep an eye out for other reports. So far, yours is the only one I'm seeing so it appears to either be unique to you or it's a rare issue. If you're cool with going through some more troubleshooting with me next week, let me know.

@EA_Aljo I want this fixed now. I paid $130 for the game I want to be able to play it while I'm off work not have it like this until I go back to work then have the game working again. That makes no sense. If I'm connected to the internet and can do challenges why can't I do other single player modes online atleast?
