Thanks for getting back to me. Have you tried using alternate DNS settings? Those instructions are here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
Also, make sure there's no damage with your ethernet cable. It should be at least Cat6 as well.

That did not help neither unfortunately

Thanks for trying. Here are some other suggestions:
- Check to see if UPnP is enabled on your router. If it's not, enable it. However, I have seen the rare instance where disabling this can be an improvement.
- Enable QoS (Quality of Service) and prioritize your console.
- Check your router for a firmware update.
- Go to the network settings on your PS5. Check the NAT Type. It should be Type 1 or Type 2. Not Type 3.
- Talk to your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
Have you run any tests for packet loss?

Did you happen to get a resolution to this? I have the same issue getting kicked with unbelievable connection (15-21ms). Mostly in EASHL.

Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Also, what system do you play on?

PS5 wired. Occurs most when I used the PS4 version of the game to play with people who are still on that console.
- PlaymakerSJ3 years agoNot applicable@Luigi0727 could not test it as much in recent days. Will keep you updated

I assume it's also happening on PS5, but not as frequently? Have you tried all the troubleshooting steps here?

I have, surprisingly it doesn't happen on the PS5 version. I am located in the North American East and when I play on PS5 my friend is also in that region. I imagine that might have something to do with it because on PS4, our team is comprised of 2 different regions. Most residing in the North American Central.

It's possible, but it depends just how far. For example, I am in the SW US and have no problems playing with friends in the NE US. We normally play on the north server closest to them. Where are you and your teammates located?

I am in NY and my buddies are in Saskatoon (Canada).

I think that's your issue then. You're pretty far from your buddies. Do you ever try being the captain? I believe the server closest to you would then be chosen, but your buddies would probably have a pretty rough connection or disconnect.

Well, we have found that the buddy that is the furthest south in Saskatoon generates the best Ms for the team. Yet, while I would be anywhere from 15-21Ms, I would kicked mid game from the EA Server.

That's an amazing ping if the game is hosted by your teammates in Saskatoon, it's possible they could be ending up on a west coast server. It would be either there or the central US one. Either way, I don't see how you'd be getting a ping that high so most likely, a server closer to you is being chosen. If you play with people closer to you, does the same thing happen?
