Casual jersey etc.

When does threes eliminator players get to use their casual jerseys and everything else? Me and my teammate are confused wich one is wich because wearing same hoodie as AI players use. I've seen players having their own jerseys and equipments so there is the possibility but the question is when? 

In NHL 24 it was right from the beginning but now it's not. Is there some level or something else that need before you get to wear your casual look? I have made my own player looking like i want it to be but still haven't seen those wich i have putted to my player and same thing for my teammate. Sorry for my bad english but i would be pleased to get answer to this. 👍
