They could patch this game like a boyscout troop but it will always be pathetic and not worth playing. The last decent year was 23. They had tto give 24 away for free. Who the he'll is in charge of destroying this gm? It's bad enough kids want to just play basketball and football and ea has to destroy hockey all together with a nerfed version of ping pong that won't allow skilled players to succeed.  It's like dei for video games. Learn from the soccer game and create a tier system.  Start ppl in division 10 and let them earn their way to div 1. The only reason worth paying was threes eliminator and you destroyed it with everyone gets a trophy crap. 

Nerf the speed !!!  The D AI is too stupid.  Diamond and above players exploit this all day and make this game unplayable and unrealistic.  Why is this a issue in 25 when 24 was the same !!!

This reads like you intentionally removed this option and actually believed there wouldn't be serious pushback.   I fail to see how this move made ANY logical sense at all.   This is a potentially gamebreaking removal that needs to be put back in immediately.

I havent bought the game yet, and to be honest I havent even finished the 10 hour trial. Just no drive to after playing a few games and simming about 5 years into Franchise mode. Lower ranked teams not really getting better after 5 years. AI GM's are just terrible. Even in Madden the lower ranked teams start improving, not in the NHL series.  Random AI generated faces for all other EA games....Not for NHL....Silhouettes all around.  Madden's Superstar mode is a garbage text based story mode, but it least it changes every year, unlike BAP that has been the same since NHL 21....

Hopefully they added draft year 2024 to creation center. 

I Am 100% certain that It Is not The Fault of the Developers But it is The Lead Project Manager/Higher Ups demanding Whatever Is Available to Be Released and They are the ones That Are Content with releasing Broken Buggy Games with Removed Features And Broken Modes, not the Developers

What is the problem man. Y is EA allowing Devs to release broken games. You should not need to patch your game 1 week into release. 
nhl 25 should be the last version any of us ever buy. F2P from this point on. Charge once a year for a full roster update in October and patch and update as you see fit throughout the year. It’s enough already. 
stop paying NHL celebs like the Hughes brothers and Cale Makar to do promotions. You game sells itself to the diehards who love to play hockey and follow hockey. 

I can’t even stick with nhl 24, been matchmaking for 15 minutes and no one can be found. What a shame.

Just to clarify, the devs are aware the eashl goalie fix , is only fixing one issue right. Like we still don't wanna get matched up with a 2 man team with a human goalie playing in 6s on a European server right?
