Features Missing / Bugs
Please fix this EA, I know the game has only just come out but it shouldn’t have launched like this… 1 - Exact Region / Group Size missing on Chel… This is a huge problem and if it’s not a bug needs...

Any official feedback from staff acknowledging these issues EA_Aljo have never in all my years as a gamer, content creator experienced such lack of feedback to there community… It’s disgusting, definitely talking about it on stream today during my Just Chatting segment, I genuinely think it’s time you get a new team in to work on your games in future… If you want any hope of customers buying your product in the future you NEED to address things ASAP! The longer you bury your heads in the sand and the longer it takes to get fixes out there the worse it will be in the long run. Genuinely hoping another dev team who is passionate makes a great hockey game that will create competition because that is what’s needed now… I swear this is the last time I get an EA Sports NHL game at launch, and I will be making sure as many others follow me with that stand. After spending nearly £100 for the deluxe edition (more fool me) Disappointed is an under statement…
And no I don’t have photos or video footage of the issues happening but will do so once I know devs are taking fixes seriously!
You said it perfectly. The sad part is I actually like how the game plays and feels this year with it being more slow but I noticed all these features missing and It was a HUGE disappointment. Thank God for the trial, now I can wait till Christmas and find the game in the 10 dollar bin. They have no right charging 70 dollars for a game that isn't even worth half that.

Hi there. I was away for the weekend so haven't been able to respond to this. We're aware of the feedback on these issues. I don't have any other details currently though.
I think its just being trasnparent with the community so people know there not being ignored, right now I can't play Chel until the above is fixed, which is what I got the game for mainly... So I'm stuck with Be a Pro for now... But thank you for letting me know they are aware of everything I mentioned, hopefully we get a patch for it on the 4th or sooner!
