Can’t play any mode besides franchinse

I have been trying for the past 3 days to play the game i spent 120$ on every time I load into a game like for example HUT rivals or wildcard or squad battles and even world of chel I can’t do anything in even the offline modes like pro am I can’t do online versus I can’t play and even online shootouts it gives me the error code 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 I have done literally everything in my power to try and fix it besides hard resetting my PS5 I need someone to help me this is ridiculous it’s been 3 days I haven’t been able to play the game I spent 120$ on
