I play on xbox and have a Xbox series X. Played all day yesterday no issues. Went to log in this morning and says can not connect to EA servers. I have tried all the fixes I have seen on here and nothing has worked. Reset Router, unplug modem to reset, cleared cache on my Xbox, test internet connection speed, network type etc etc. I turned on nhl 24 and connected no issues right away. It's very frustrating that can not play. What other options are there?
That exact thing has been happening to me yesterday all day and it still does not work today either, it’s very frustrating.

Doesn't make a difference still can not connect to servers. Tried that as well earlier. Just checked to see maybe the hockey gods would randomly allow me on but nope still can not connect to servers.

Can't play any online mode. Yet when I turned on nhl 24 was able to connect and play every mode

When you load into the main menu it does this. After it goes away, you can select the online and offline game modes, and when you attempt to play online, whether it’s EASHL or HUT, it brings up the same error screen. I am having the exact same issue as well. Tried different wireless connections, restarted Xbox, unplugged it and the WiFi, looked at privacy settings, etc. Nothing is working.
When you turn the game on and it starts to automatically connect to EA servers you get the error can not connect. Can still get to the main menu. Just can not play anything online at all.
