They deleted my old account. Link new so it is fixed. You must persistent and try diffetent approachs and get lucky. So I played my first online game lost 9-1 nicelol took about 6 hours spanimg 5 days. Thank u guys and good luck guys phew

Yea just go through chat help and they will help. My account was disabled by ea due to inactive account so he had unlink old account so I could add new ps5 account.
