It had crashed 1 times in the menu but crashes mid game almost every game

Community ManagerThanks. This is an issue we're aware of. Unfortunately, we have not been able to reproduce it. Without that, we can't actually fix it. There is a player that posted here what got it resolved for them, but others haven't had the same luck.
Do you have an idea of when this would be fixed. Also why is this happening to some people and not all?

So far, we haven't determined if this an issue with the game or with the console. Make sure your console's vents are free of debris and in a well ventilated area. Otherwise, we don't know what is causing this.
My Xbox is on top of a desk where the vents are free so I don’t see how that is the problem. If you have any other advice please share
