My game constantly keeps crashing in every game mode. I can’t play world of chel without crashing cause my team to constantly lose games because im kicked as goalie or player. I’ve uninstalled reinstalled cleared my profile and saved data completely hard wiped my Xbox and soft wiped it. Multiple of my roommates play on the same router and this doesn’t happen to them. I do I fix this because at this point I am unable to play the game and it’s frustrating. Thanks
Community ManagerUnfortunately, I don't have any other advice. So far, a couple of people have said this was resolved with a new console. I'm not suggesting you get one by any means though. We'll just have to wait and see if we can reproduce this ourselves. So far, that hasn't been the case though.
My Xbox is on top of a desk where the vents are free so I don’t see how that is the problem. If you have any other advice please share
Community ManagerSo far, we haven't determined if this an issue with the game or with the console. Make sure your console's vents are free of debris and in a well ventilated area. Otherwise, we don't know what is causing this.
Do you have an idea of when this would be fixed. Also why is this happening to some people and not all?
It had crashed 1 times in the menu but crashes mid game almost every game
