Cross play is off and it’s still matching me with PlayStation users

 two of my last three games matched. I’ve had cross playoff for all three and I’ve matched twice somehow mysteriously with PlayStation users fix this. It’s garbage. However, when I go into my leader...

Where exactly is this happening? Is it in drop-ins and club games? If it's in club games, does everyone on your club also have crossplay turned off?
