Didn’t receive pre order Hughes pack

Are you talking about the 99 Hughes choice pack that is received in NHL 24?

same with me got all my other stuff but no Hughes pack

I also got screwed. No Hughes choice pack. Chatted with 2 EA reps - total runaround. Said "the team is aware of it". Wouldn't credit me NHL Points for in-game pack purchase. Nothing to make this right. Could have saved $30 and just got the standard edition 

There were 2 Hughes packs. One is a 99 OVR received in NHL 24. One is a choice pack in NHL 25 that was received if you pre-ordered before September 13th.
