Fall during the CHEL match

Today while playing club, my friend and I had a well-played game where we were up about 6:2. Then my friend's game crashed and kicked him all the way to the PlayStation menu. Of course, it gave us a loss and robbed us of our personal rating, and quite significantly. You should do something about it, I'd like to throw the whole PlayStation out of the window at times like that.

Hi there. I definitely get the frustration with this. Unfortunately, a loss will always be taken if the disconnect comes from someone on your club when it means only one human is left on your side. This is done to prevent people from quitting out of games to avoid taking a loss.

That's nice, but he didn't disconnect on purpose. The game crashed for a reason. And we lost our rating because of it.

I'm not saying they disconnected on purpose. I'm just telling you why a loss is taken. We can't tell if someone purposely disconnects or not.

I would assume that if it knocks someone out of the game due to technical problems, it shouldn't take anything off their rating and give the club a defeat.
