Fantasy reward pack not given
I completed the 16 collectable set for a random fantasy player and did not receive anything. I restarted and still nothing. The collection shows as complete but did not receive the pack. This happen to anyone else?

Does anyone know how to actually talk to anyone at EA for help?? I have dm’d 2 different Twitter accounts. I have created a help ticket. I have emailed the help email. All of that and not a single thing has been said or done for me. The only tip I got was from the stupid bot that told me to post it in this forum. Am I just SOL? This is a pretty valuable card that I should be getting.
