Error codes / configuration error

Hello, I have had trouble for the past week loading into HUT games and CHEL games. I’m not sure how to fix it I deleted the game, redownloaded and got three games in before this happened again. I’m not allowed to play a game I played 80 dollars for early access and I just want to know when this issue will finally be solved. I’ve played every nhl since 15 and this has never happened to me before I don’t know how this hasn’t been resolved yet when I see so many people with the same issues. 

Please respond if anyone knows what I can do but this seems like a game issue and I just wish EA would fix it or I would like my money back.
