I need a refund at this point. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I’ve been able to play. ABSOLUTELY TRASH.

Hello. This is still being investigated. I don't blame you for the frustration. I know I'd feel the same. You're welcome to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if you qualify for a refund.
Right there with you, amazing what little effort they put into each game year over year yet somehow only make things worse.
