Game Crash and lose RP
I’m so sick of this. Me and my friend play CHEL 3v3, blow out a low ranked team 7-0, and his game crashes with seconds to go. We lose 800 RP… Is there a way to prevent this RP loss?? We should not be...

Hello! The game just stops and takes him to the Xbox menu. The app just quits itself. He is playing a nice, non laggy game then it magically just quits itself. No warning… no performance issue, just quits.

Does it happen to him when you aren't playing together? Do know if he crashes in 6v6 or other modes?
Neither of us have experienced it in other modes. Only 3v3. He has experienced it three times. I’ve experienced it twice.
I am also exp this issue as well. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still happening. No error just dashboards from the game to the consoles dashboard screen. I can play NHL24 with no issues, but I have a friend that can play NHL 25 with no issues, but we play NHL 24 so I can play with them and now he exp crashing on that game same issue. No error just dash to the console's dashboard. Is EA planning on making corrections? Because honestly I feel like this is the biggest waste of money and when playing competitive gaming losing all the time because the dashing and making ranks go down?
This only happens in the World of Chel 3's / 6's doesn't matter what mode your playing.
