Every time I try to start the next game on the schedule, it crashes. It allows me to select the team, home and away jerseys, and then when I press start, it sends me to the Xbox home screen the game crashes.
I’ve cleared the local saved games on my Xbox already.. cleared my alternate Mac address, and rebooted the game fresh.
Please help! I’m 75 games in.
Community ManagerHi there. Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

It’s still crashing. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it. Hopefully you have more options 😬

Community ManagerUnfortunately, there's nothing else I can suggest. Your save is most likely corrupt. You'll need to start over in that case. Make sure that you're always saving and exiting when you're done instead of switching to another game, app or just putting your console in sleep mode.
