Game stuck on loading screens while online (PS5)

Question

So somehow, after 50 hours of gameplay my game just stopped working while being online. I can get to main menu when I'm offline and I can play offline game modes, but every time i want to enter HUT, EA and NHL logo just keep circling around in upper right corner and nothing happens for 10+ minutes.

Any fix to this? I tried reinstalling/restoring licences/restarting mu router. but nothing helps. This is the only game where I have this problem. I have no idea what caused it and to idea how to fix it...

so just adding to this: It seems that after about 15 minutes I can get to HUT menu, but then after playing a rivals game (or doing anything else basically) when I want to come back to HUT menu the freezing starts all over again and I need to wait for another ~15 minutes...

Any ideas what suddenly caused it?

edit: the problem seems to be with my EA account as other ea games (eafc) are also stuck on loading screen.

So...I managed to fix it for a while by relinking my PS5 to EA Account, but now the same problem occured again and I cannot do anything about as there is some cooling off period for relinking your account to your console...Am I really stuck with a game that doesn't seem to work? Can someone respond please?&nbsp;

Hi there. This sounds like an account related issue. Do you have a different account you can try? I'd like to see if it occurs on another account so we can narrow down what might be causing this.
