Hut broke

My hut has been broken for over 3 hours. I have been told it’s my fault even though it’s happening to other users and now eahelp wont let me talk to a representative. Can some please do something or give me a time frame

    There is no time frame as we're still working on a fix.

    You said that hours ago. Can I have any time frame. The only reason I bought the delux edition is so I can play early on my only day off for the next 3 weeks.

    Any sort of eta for resolution?  Are we looking like it will be fixed today or tomorrow?  I just dont want to waste my day/night if its not looking like today.
