HUT won’t load - error
I just bought nhl25 for xbox series S and HUT won’t load - I always get a “failed to retrieve data” error. The rest of the game works fine. . Any suggestions?
Have you checked today? I believe this was resolved.

I’ve also been having the same issue for over a week on Xbox One, try to create a team and as soon as I try to open the starter pack I get error code and can’t retrieve message. Please help, it’s my fav mode

I'm having the same issue, tried the usual stuff to get it to work. Think it's something related to my EA Account or EA Play in general, as my son's account on the same Xbox Series X can into HUT without any issue.
