Hi there. Have you power cycled your equipment since that last update? If not, unplug your modem/router for a couple of minutes. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off. Turn it all back on and try again.
Also, you could try rebuilding the database and resetting the console's cache with the instructions here.

Thank you for the help. I performed all of the tasks including resetting cache and rebuilding the database and I still have the same issue. Could you try to duplicate my actions? Start NHL25, go into online HUT. Exit out of HUT. Put the PS5 in Rest mode. Start PS5 and try to get into NHL25 HUT?
When I do this, I get the red banner across the right top of the screen that says "Unable to access any online feature until you sign in to Playstation Network and the EA severs again".
