Lost connection PS5

Are you saying there is no packet loss and it's all in the green? What's the ping?

Yeah all in green. Average ping during game is 18. And that’s with online game running on the pc. A faulty cable comes to mind, but this issue only happens with NHL. Other online games have no problems.
