Xbox store and all of your websites still mentioned the pack after the 13th of September so why advertise something still if you no longer get it. I will be contacting the BBB

    Edit 2: The Hockey is Family pack is still available. The Hughes Choice Pack was only available with pre-orders before September 13th. Which pack exactly are you missing?

      I've got screenshots showing I purchased on the 13th and that I own the hughes pack from MSFT. I just want this to get resolved before the cover athlete ultimate set events go away

        Please contact an advisor by opening a case here. They're most likely going to want to see some proof of purchase so be sure to have that ready.
