I pre ordered the deluxe edition and the Microsoft store and EA website even said that you get the 84 ovr cover athlete pack but yet i still don’t have it and after contacting support have yet to get answers other then that i will get my pack and not to worry

That was never stated.
I had a different rep confirm it was a bug. This is consumer unfriendly.
I like how they just stop responding when they know that they messed up and are too selfish of a company to make it right
Why was that never said in any website and why was it still advertised after the fact on the Xbox store this is BS i had support telling me I’m getting the pack and it was a bug but now I’m see this i might as well just get a refund or contact the BBB
