"My player is stuck in my trade pile."

Hello, three days ago, I purchased Igor Shesterkin in the auctions. Since then, I haven't been able to send him to my collection; I get the message "this item cannot be added to the collection." If I try to sell him, I receive the message "item already in an active offer." I haven't been able to do anything with the player for three days. I am on Xbox series s. Can you please help me?
