NHL 25 - EA Play Trial - Error

Question

Posted this in the bugs area too. Not sure where I am supposed to go.

I have been messaging with three different ea customer service people still no help.

I can not find anyone else to contact, they have sent me here.

I have 8 hours and 20 minutes left on my NHL 25 trial. Purchased EA Play on February 27th.

When I go to start and play the game everything works completely fine. Problem occurs when I try to start an online match.

When i start an online match I am prompted with "Error: Trial Permissions could not be found for this user"

My internet connection is not the issue. I can play online NCAA 25 game no problem (I have the game bought and not on trial)

There is a video attached to show what occurs.

Would really appreciate if I could get some help.

Unfortunately, this has not been fixed yet. We're still working to get this resolved.
