Not sure if it was last patch, but for the last few days I have not been able to move when I get the puck. I can play defense, pass, shoot, but my players get often stuck as soon as I receive the puck. This is recent. I have tried updating contrôler, changed contrôler. Changed usb port for contrôler. I see this happened to others last year and/or prior years.
I have no issue on other games. My contrôler is new

Xbox series x and a xbox controller. I connect with a usb cable, skill stick. I also tried total control thanks
Community ManagerCan you try using a different controller? If that doesn't help, try clearing the local saved games from your console with these instructions.

experiencing the same thing since one of the patch on december was issues. I have à New controler and it does the same but less frequently.
Same issue on PS5. Tried messing with sliders and can't seem to fix it. Winning face off and unable to control the puck.
Edit: Player can't physically hold the puck. This is virtually unplayable. Seems like a different issue. Is there a setting in need to change? It just started happening.
