I just hit 1,000 goals on be a pro on ps5. When i try to play my next game, i get a conversation with my coach and the game freezes completely when the handshake cutscene is over. I tried everything i could but i can't keep going, i'm always stuck at this scene.
Yeah i lost everything amazing.
Same bug was in nhl 24.
This was my last 2 nhl games, i'm done with this.
Atleast it didn't reset my hut.

Community ManagerHi there. It's possible we won't be able to fix this, unfortunately. You might be able to clear the personal saved data for NHL 25. You can try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. To do this, go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 25 and delete the saved data. Let me know how it goes.
