Lost connection PS5

During Rivals matches, I keep losing connection. Because of this issue, I’ve already lost at least 20 games. My console is connected via cable, and the internet connection is perfectly fine. The only problem is with NHL 25. I understand this has been an ongoing issue, but the game isn’t cheap, and the lack of passing icons, bugs, and many other problems are starting to really frustrate me. I purchased early access, but I’ll never give EA extra money again. Please, fix this.

    Hi there. Are you receiving the message that you're losing connection or is there a different error? If you're losing connection, that's something we'll need to troubleshoot. We're not aware of any issues. If this just recently started happening, make sure you power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

      Hey, yes, message is saying LOST CONNECTION. I ’ve already tried everything. From some posts here on the forum, I understand that you’re aware of the disconnect issues and are working on resolving them. This has only been happening since I purchased NHL 25; it doesn’t occur with other games.

        Thanks for the video. We actually are not aware of any connection issues currently. When you look at the network connection screen in game, are you seeing packet loss?
