NHL 25 can’t join clubs

Question

I’m on PS5 and my buddy is on Xbox, we both have made clubs but when we try to add each other it says “this user has never play NHL 25”. We have played games with each other multiple times. If someone can help us out that would be awsome!

Hey there. Have you tried searching for the club and sending a join request?

Open the Social menu when in WoC. Go to the Social Settings screen. Now, select Privacy and make sure this is set to Joinable.
