NHL 25 configuration error

Every other woc game kicks me out. Still yet to find a solution to this….

its ruining the whole experience that we paid good money for. Have to reset app or it’s going to error every time. As soon as timer reaches zero when matched up error disconnects me out of game. This error is as common as every other game

  • Complete the new update for the fixes patch 1.2.1 for Xbox series x, and still getting kick out of games  and sent back to the dashboard with no error code in WOC 3 vs 3 and 6 vs 6, unable to complete a single game, it really sucks that this is happening with a game I just purchased. Please create a patch that fixes these issues

      This is a different issue than the configuration error one. Someone else was able to resolve this by updating the firmware on their controller. They also uninstalled CoD at the same time, but I don't see how that would be related. It's worth a shot though if updating the firmware doesn't take care of it and you have that game installed.

    I am getting an identical error to what others have posted about when trying to play a club game or drop-in game on World of Chel.

    I've attempted the following things to try to remediate the error but to no avail. Clear console cache, delete and redownload game, restore game license, delete local files, check live roster, leave my club, create a new club, reset date and time on console, reset local internet connection. What else is there left to do that I haven't tried? I'm on PS5, PSN name JalapenoHannah.

    Have the same problem as you describe above. Something new about how to solve this problem?
