For the millionth time this year the game has unexpectedly kicked me from games. I've cleared the system cache, and I've deleted and re-downloaded the game. But I am still getting kicked, and I've been docked two games for my season placements.
I don't know what yall need to do on your end, but I'd like to be able to do my placements properly and not be docked with 2 (this season) losses/abandons
Community ManagerHey there. Have you tried swapping out all your gear? Also, if you're wearing the C or A, try removing it. It also could be related to an arena customization. If you switch to a different one, does this still happen?
Do u see a little glitch before it happens to like your player just skates with non stop freezes i have the same issue i am diamond 3 and have lost about 3000 rp from this alone
This needs to be fixed immediately
Yeah, it'll start the game, and then the screen will freeze, but the audio continues. I've had this issue since about November, and EA apparently can't do anything about it. No compensation, no nothing
