NHL 25/Can’t play clubs or online

Hello. Is this the failed to retrieve data error? When exactly are you getting it?

It happens anytime I try to get into clubs or any online play. Won’t let me load into any lobbies because if it. 

Can you load into WoC? If so, try disbanding your club. Then, completely close down NHL 25 and hard restart your console. 

I can load into world of Chel but cannot get into any lobbies 

What console are you on? Are you in a club?

Same thing is happening to my friends. We all spent money on the game and can’t play together. They haven’t been able to play for weeks. Nothing EA does fixes this.

Are all of your friends on the same club? If so, is the club a mix of PS and Xbox players?

It’s a mix. I’ve had my club deleted twice and crossplay disabled enabled yada yada. This needs to be fixed. 

Can you send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID? We're investigating accounts with this issue. I'll add yours to the list.

Same is happening to me as well I've done every step I've seen taken still can't play WOC or HUT online once I go to play a game error code on any game mode that involves online play PS5 GT#Bstewart1728
