Community ManagerHi there. This normally happens due to packet loss. That is a lot less likely on a wired connection, but not impossible. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
unfortunately i tried that and 0 packet loss and am wired also upgraded to 1gig this has been happening since launch even in my lg games. i'm also going to upgrade my cat 5e to cat 6 but it only happens in nhl 25 and i play cod smite and a bunch of other online games so i iv tried everything on my end. unless there is anything else you have

Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click
If that doesn't help, try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. It's also possible the upgraded ethernet cable will help.i will try this but i tried changing ports and the other stuff just not mac. is there anything else you can think of that i can try tonight
