I just don’t understand nhl 25 kills my Xbox series x. Doesn’t matter what I play chel or hut. Completely shuts it off idk 🤷🏼♀️ what to do frankly it’s crazy to think I paid for this! Anyone else having this issue?

iv been reading through some of these issues people have been bringing up, as so far you guys at ea just point at anything but your game. so many issues for a game that you make every year, and it's only getting worse. how can it be a software issue if it only happens on NHL 25 and how can people only lag out of ea serves but it's a ISP issue when it doesn't happen on any other game. when can you guys just own up to it and just say we are looking into these issues or come up with a hey try these? we consistently pay for NHL and this is what we get

Yes !! My game crashes on series X no matter the game mode I play. Only happens on nhl25 and less than often on 24 for me. Maybe we bought corrupted digital copies? I’m going to see if they’ll give me a refund and I’ll go pick up a disk.

Day …. Honestly I lost count it’s so bad, I can’t even get through one night

I have infinite loading on Series X between periods (not simming). Franchise mode.

Yeah I tried it. Even factory reset and only downloaded 25. I’ts not showing I own the deluxe edition but I bought the deluxe version to play early access

That wouldn't cause you to crash mid-game. Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions other than waiting until we can get this resolved. Also, just to be clear, are you crashing to the dashboard or is your console completely shutting off?

Hey just wondering if you updated the controller and if the game works now. For me it's been a few weeks now. And I don't get the crashing anymore. But I still haven't installed CoD back on the series x. I can live without CoD. But not Hockey.
