WOC crashes, can’t get in

Completely reinstalled. Still not working. I’m kinda frustrated. Not sure what else I can try. Not understanding why HUT is working but just not WOC
The loading times on the menus trying to get WOC to load are very long, and it keeps saying “gameplay recording halted” and then it comes back. But still getting Error codes

Thanks for trying. That gameplay recording halted error sounds like a past issue with other games of ours. Possibly, the instructions for fixing that will work. This was on PS4 a few years ago though. Press the Share button. Then, go to Options > Share Settings > Video Clip Settings. Next, uncheck 'Display Icons for Blocked Scenes'.
I’m actually not seeing this option under the menus you’re describing. I know there’s prob a difference for PS5
I did go under the main settings and broadcast/captures from main menu and I’m not seeing setting regarding “Display Icons for Blocked Scenes”
This didn’t work for me. I couldn’t find that option on PS5. I looked under the main settings area as well under broadcasts and captures. I turned all that stuff off, still getting same Error code and failed to retrieve data
