Thanks EA_Aljo, not sure what you mean by adjusting strategies in BaP mode. You mean the forecheck/breakout buttons? I don't mess with those too much.
I understand the AI will try to move to other positions when you're out of position, it just doesn't make sense in this case. It would be super weird in a real game if a forward came back to help to prevent a goal in a close game and the defender just bailed on the play and skated up ice. Know what I mean?

Yes. I get that. The AI isn't going to be perfect, but they will play better when everyone stays in position. Of course, there are times playing out of position is going to happen. The AI are going to adjust though and try to cover what they are perceiving to be threats.
