They will tell you they are looking into it, ask for some clips and then the white knights will show up and try to defend it. This is 100% why nothing ever changes with this series. Do not expect anything to be changed or fixed, this is the way EA handles things. If it's not HUT, it wont get fixed. They did some good things in this mode this year and with some tweaks it could be better but this is the same way they do things all the time. Maybe by NHL 31 they will look at it again.
Except for very serious bugs like form points. If a player moves on the ice, nothing needs to be done. They can only show the middle finger to players who paid way too much for the game.
