Broken And Useless X Factors

This game is ruined because of these overpowered X factors. 

For instance, quick release no matter the tier, every shot seems to go in from anywhere. Elite quick release on pre made builds are beyond broken because when they shoot a wrist shot, it goes in.

Quick pick is non existent. Elite quick pick specifically. It seems as if there is no difference from elite quick pick to the specialist quick pick.

The list goes on, but X factors being broken or not working is ruining the tempo of the game.

Hopefully we can nerf, and buff some of these X factors moving forward. (prob not gonna do anything)
