EA. Regarding future versions of this game. There has to be a different approach, regarding problems in the game. We all know the game cant be 100% perfect. But it can be better than it has been at times. So. Why not establish a liason between this forum and its moderators, where you wholeheartedly take note of what a major fault in the game has created. And by major, i mean one that has created the most reaction here in the forum. Then you can, once a month, update, or patch these major problems. Waiting 3 or 4 months for a patch or update isnt cutting it. Take note from those playing this game, and through the moderator, have passed on to you. Recognition of a flaw, problem glitch, is the first step in accountability. Like i said. Game cant be perfect, but the annoying flaws can be addressed on a more timely basis. Speaking as a member of this community. I would like nothing more than for this game to strive forward to achieving that almost perfect game. The ball is in your court. Question is. Are you listening?

I'm pretty sure this is exactly what Aljo does. He interacts with the postings here and collects feedback/issues for the game devs Yes. This is a big part of what the CMs here do. We want to make sure your feedback is seen. Which is why we always stress how important being constructive is.

Aljo with all due respect, we don't see a lot done. Moments are still absolutely wonkey and now can't do empty nets, content is mid at best, we get you are a community manager, but EA just has a monopoly on NHL the only reason most of us are here. Is to just play a hockey game. No competition. When did bouchard get 4 assist in one minute? Ya never... its just poor. I am not pre ordering this game if it is the same layout. Same MSP weekly path, no weekly rewards, etc. You will get my $30 at thanksgiving time. And i will pass on HUT and the absolutely predatory stuff being done there. You have yet to relay how some people got BND 89 chel week cards. Multiple post, multiple DMs, etc. No response. Just a joke from a company and you can't do it correctly. The preview will make or break for me and im sure others. But it won't matter and I know that. Hopefully other join instead of feeding addictions to packs. *Edit: and again with all Due respect, many changes havent been requested by the community and is spun that way, when did people ask for weekly rewards to be removed? When did people ask for TOTY cards and fantasy cards behind a paywall? Used to be rewarding free to play with time. And if people wanted to pay their way fine. Now its just no money and you are cooked. I used to spend hundreds a year. Know thats not a lot compared to some, but now no way. We'll see... If you look around on places like Reddit where it is unfiltered its a different story. You have people uninstalling the game off a moment! LMAO!

Just because an 'issue' you raise isn't patched right away doesn't mean you're being ignored. It might mean your 'issue' is a skill issue, or it might mean your issue requires some in depth development fixes, which are time consuming.

Just so there is clarity here regarding liason. It has to do with EA acknowleging problems, rather than the constant barrage of complaints that dont seem to be answered. In no way did i infer that the manager is or isnt doing his job. That isnt the point. Even if he does pass on the info, if EA does nothing about it. Whose fault is it. Why my text was directed solely at EA. Just read the texts in here, and tell me you see a pouring out of support for this game and franchise. And the Are you listening which you highlighted. Was a contentious quip at EA. Sorry you didnt understand that. If you find this game to your liking, and are happy with the way it is. All the power to you.

Lots of stuff I don't like, but at the end of the day - the game provides a fun platform for those of us who enjoy hockey to play it virtually with our friends. It's not the abysmal bug infested game that some people try to convince others that it is. Sure, it's got some hiccups that have lingered for years (decades, even) but at its core, it's a decent game that has provided a lot of hours and hours of fun, with sprinkles of frustration.

I do not deny that is exactly what he does. But the quesstion i proposed was. Does EA take action regarding that which he passes on. In the post i just wanted to see more recognition from EA regarding requests, or acknowledgment that they are aware and working on it. The moderator cant answer for them. He makes the case presented in the forum. But as for actually doing something about it. He cant. Not his call.

Obviously, action has not been taken on everything that is reported for various reasons. Much of the time, fixes are not as easy as many think. There always is the chance of fixing one thing, but also introducing a worse issue. Such is the case for the LT/L2 exploit. Other times, it could be a design decision to leave something unchanged. Regardless, we are always listening. I am regularly reporting feedback to the team. I would certainly like to see us do a better job of acting on this feedback though. And yes. It's not my call what gets addressed. I do as much as I can do advocate for the community. Which I too, am a part of.
