You really think this is enjoying to play?

Would you wanna be a part of that team the wich lost? I think you wouldn't.

There should be a better match making system in place but it has been stated repeatedly why it is the way it currently is.  The same applies to why ranks aren’t shown.  It would take even longer to get into a game if they’re shown.

As a veteran player there are some signs whether to back out of a dressing room and/or lobby.  The main one is if you see the opposing team with all PS5 or Xbox players and they’re all of similar ranks (P3-5) then back out.  They’re most likely a group of friends and an organized team.

Do your own matchmaking and be patient with playing games.  If you know you’re a low skilled/level player then you have two choices.  Wait for a matchup with similar level players or take your lumps against the higher ones.  It isn’t fair but we all have to start somewhere.  I took mine over 10 years ago.  😆

I also see way too many opposing players/teams ready up without a full team which in most cases puts you at a disadvantage against a team of 5-6 humans.  So many complain about the AI being crap but will still ready up with them.  🤨

Being new and low skilled at a game is discouraging but if you’re passionate enough and determined then it’ll get better.  Even myself as a veteran player I go up against players/teams a lot better than me but I try not to quit and use it to get better myself.

Respect for still sticking around' my team likes to see what kinds of records we can break and teams always end up leaving.

They can pat themselves on the back and state we have faster games all they want but I don't believe I'm crossing any line saying the majority of players would prefer some quality over quantity. In any case, I think seeing a McDavid or Spectre build and/or a team of max rank Elite 1's and backing out take a heck of a lot longer than just using a basic set of logic to find a more balanced game. 

Needing to restart because the devs can't fix multiple people and menu switching breaking lobbies takes longer than just matching us up properly.

Instead of removing ranks for and after every playoffs which allows teams to essentially smurf games, maybe they could just use those ranks and RP as intended and give us better match making?

Also if you’re a newbie, don’t use an ENF build.  If I see a really low level player using one I’ll instantly back out.  The odds are great that player using it is either just trolling for hits or just a scrub.  This will result in them giving up high danger scoring chances or taking a lot of penalties leaving your team short handed. 

This my 3rd year in WoC/EASHL and i've maxed my skill level. Brain damage with learning issue and getting old + facing diamond/elite player teams has made this game World of HELL most of the time.

I would like to play only as goalie (my passion) but my brains don't like me and makes the playing pretty difficult. Cannot keep up with higher level players cause they do things what could not ever do as skater.

I have now started to play as defender because i do not want to let +10 goals almost every game as goalie. I do know where to be as goalie but opponents are way too good and they make me swiss cheese with their (don't know if it is glitch or skill) goals. Only problem as defender is that i have no clue where to be and i can thank my damaged brains for that. Some people with issues like me just never learn. I use enforcer build. Don't know wich else to use so i go with that.

My three old teams has already gone down and i try to struggle with drop ins and sometimes getting in to some team but the plot of the game is still the same. Facing way too good teams and the time comes when i say that now it is time to retire and i've been EA NHL player since 90s. I could easily be still 10 years or more but if this is the way this game is going i cannot see that and i think that im not the only one.

Long post and most (if not all) is totally useless. EA. Give us skill based matchmaking. Please.
