: Cannot open CHEL Week pack – game kicks me to main menu

I received a 92 OVR CHEL Week Player pack right before the sets/event expired.

Now every time I try to open the pack, it says “please try again later” and instead of going back to HUT, it kicks me all the way back to the main NHL 26 menu (where you select modes like World of CHEL, HUT, Franchise, etc.).

I think the issue is that the event expired before I opened the pack, so the contents can’t load properly.

I still have the pack in my collection but cannot open it at all.

Time it started: Around 6:00 PM yesterday

Can this be fixed or can I receive the contents another way?
