As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if you can then connect to WoC.
Also, check the network settings screen on your PS5 and tell me what it says for that NAT Type.

Already try mobile spot do nothing and my nat type is 2

If the connection troubleshooting steps here are not helping, please contact your ISP so they can check for any issues. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. We're not aware of any issues with the servers currently.

Did you try alternate DNS settings? Is your router's firmware up to date?
Also, it would be good to contact your ISP. They may notice an issue with your connection.

I already contact my isp the have 0 issue the isp up to date my thing but change nothing is really the game the problems not my wifi

Thanks for doing that. We're not aware of any issues, but will keep an eye out. The best I can advise is to switch to using a wire.

We're not getting other reports of this. There is something with your ISP/equipment that is causing this. Please list for me every troubleshooting step you've tried so we don't repeat any.
