Be a Pro Challenges Disappear

I was playing my first regular season game when the game crashed. When I loaded the game back up, I realized that the coach conversation didn't have an option to choose the “Swagger” challenge. I went to backup saves and none of them had the challenge show up. Now i have to progress without getting the benefits of the challenge, and I am not sure how it works but I may not be able to progress that challenge anymore at all.
