Community ManagerHi there. Does this persist even after completely closing out the game and restarting it? That looks like it might be the pop up in the menus when the next song starts playing.
It disappeared the next time he searched for a ranking game. When that next match started, it was gone. However, it really disrupted his gameplay in the match where it was visible, as shown in the picture I sent.

I have had this come up numerous times. At least once a week, normally when using game chat and not a private party thru Xbox
