Consistent Failure to Record Wins in Cup Chase Mode

Platform: Xbox Series SI've experienced a recurring and significant bug where completed wins in the Cup Chase mode are not being credited to my account. This has now happened on five separate occasions.​Bug Description / Steps to Replicate:​Play a full game of Cup Chase and win.​After the game ends and the final stats are shown, the game returns to the menu.​Upon checking, the win has not been registered.​Consequences:​The game is recorded as a loss.​No coins are awarded for the match.​No EXP is gained.​No progress is made in the mode.​A one-off server glitch is understandable, but having this happen five times points to a deeper problem. This is actively discouraging me from playing the mode. I'm hoping this report can help get the issue investigated and resolved.​Thank you.

I won a game of cup chase 3-0 on superstar and when game finished I got no xp, no coins and returning to the lobby after, says I lost the game 0-3. Kind of annoying if you want the flawless packs

This has happened to me a few times, and again this morning. It's annoying because you win a game and it's recorded as a loss. And I checked the router program, and there was no connection error anywhere.

Just happened to me again, the 2 times it has happened to me is when I play a few games of be a pro and when I go back into cup chase in hut, it does it. I don’t know if that’s connected.
